DIY lashes that fall apart when removing them for the box is due to wrong tweezer placement on the DIY lashes and/or too much pressure.

Carefully hold the DIY lash slightly on top of the band and pull upwards from the sticky tape. Pulling backwards or forward will cause the DIY lash to become disfigure and fall apart due to pressure from too much force.
